Os PAAH-THALL ou Embaixadores Ultra-Terrestres Galácticos (UTGAs) são Entidades de Alta Energia da categoria AMÓRFICOS (Sem forma Mórfica definida) e que possuem Corpos Físicos no nível etérico constituídos de Energia Plasmática,Bioeletromagnetismo e Matéria- Energia Escura condensada.
Eles são os Transmissores dos Códigos Teocósmicos Estelares. Eles se comunicam com a Telepatia e com Símbolos vivos energéticos que transmitem os significados das realidades hiperfísicas da vida cosmobiótica livre no espaço sideral.

The PAAH-THALL - Galactic Ultra-Terrestrial Ambassadors (UTGAs) are High Energy Entities of the category AMORPHICS (No definite Morphic form) and have Physical Bodies at the Etheric level consisting of Plasma Energy, Bioelectromagnetism and Dark Matter-Energy Condensed. They are the Transmitters of the Theocosmical Stellar Codes. They communicate with Telepathy and with energetic Living Symbols that convey the meanings of the Hyperphysical Realities of free Cosmobiotic life in space.
These Codes are designed to convey beams of Etheric Supraluminal Light within the minds of the observers and Mediuns-telepaths. The Thecosmic Codes stimulate deep inner understanding and establish a networked mental intercommunication of PAA-THALLs with Morphic species (constituted by a definite Structure of organism) or Transmorphics (Form in continuous change). The Ambassadors have an extremely high vibratory frequency, and their appearance adopts bio-organic fractal plasma forms of great beauty, color, brightness and movement.
